Warranty

All NETUM products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of manufacture, covering non-human damage (manufacturing defects under normal use).

How to claim

Contact us with your order number, product model and photos or video of the issue. We will diagnose and arrange repair, replacement or parts — whichever resolves it fastest.

Returns

Items confirmed defective within the warranty period are eligible for return or replacement. For wholesale orders, please inspect goods on arrival and report any transit damage within 7 days with photos of the packaging.
